The water went off at about 11:30 PM and I don’t know why. We pay our water bills just to live here. Has the apartment paid the water bill to the city? Who knows?! It’s not because maintenance is working because they are not working right now. I even had my husband Driver on a complex to see if he saw the city of Garland around the complex for an emergency repair and that is No. What type of crap is this? I moved here August of this year. I have had problems ever since. Please listen to everyone... else with the reviews. The apartment looks decent on the inside, but there are so many problems that maintenance does not handle. The office does not answer the phone once you move in. Heed our warning and go somewhere else. I’m going to break my lease. They broke it first. Lee mas

rats , flies , gnats you name it they have it . they leave people with out A/C in the texas summer but will surely take your money with no problem. maintenance doesn't do anything but walking in look around and walk right back out. they do NOT answer phones and the office staff is RUDE . quick to comment about give them a call to "fix" the issue and nothing gets done

Don't move there!!! The dogs were never on leashes and a lot of people didn't clean up their dog's poop. It was a poop minefield in the grass! It also smelled like weed very often.

Water leaked from the ceiling on another occasion. Water also got all over my floor when it rained outside, which I had to clean up.

Good luck trying to reach the front office too! They hardly ever pick up the phone to help you with any issue you may have but they have your check every month. I put in an urgent... work order for my heat being out and it took over 3 hours for someone to fix it in the middle of winter. A cat got stuck in the chimney of my fireplace because the workers forgot to patch on outside wall up.

Also check your lease before you sign it! They will charge a lot for a fridge or oven not being less than perfect, and believe me they will!

From my experience, they are about their money first and customer service is a distant second. The customer service pretty much stops the second you sign your contract. Plus it's in a pretty bad area. It's not worth it! Save yourself the aggravation and money and go somewhere else! Lee mas

Constant issues with plumbing. Nothing ever gets fixed in time. Be prepared to put in 4-5 service requests before anything is actually fixed, even when it’s an emergency
