Amazing Tour

I recently visited and had an amazing experience. Every staff member acknowledged and interacted with me and it was honestly so refreshing. Most places in the area can be really cold and almost put off just by walking in the door. I’m so excited to apply and move into my new home. Thank you for your kindness

Overall Great Place

I’ve been living at Cortland West Houston Apartments for several months now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, the landscaping is clean and modern, and the amenities—especially the gym and pool—are top-notch. The staff is generally responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly in most cases.

The apartment itself is spacious with updated appliances and finishes. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer and the smart home... features. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is super convenient, close to the katy freeway, shopping centers, and restaurants.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to occasional noise from neighbors. But those are relatively small complaints compared to the overall quality of life here.

Would definitely recommend Cortland West Houston to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the area!
