Deerwood Apartments

The apartment complex continues to maintain a high level of maintenance and support from the concierge staff. The security at the complex is generally good; I personally have had no incidents with individuals who intended to steal or do harm to residents.

The staff is generally very helpful in resolving issues, which may lead to problems. The largest issue at the complex is electric power that is supplied from outside. This is largely outside the ability of the staff to directly resolve, but... the staff is always diligent in following up with Centerpoint on power outages and on water problems. Lee mas

My experience as a resident has been really good and that’s mostly in part due to the amazing staff that is onsite and always ready to help.

The community is nice, well kept. The staff is professional and follow up on all requests in a timely manner. Packages are held with the concierge so you don’t have worries of them being taken.

I highly recommend the deerwood apt everything is perfect I feel very safe and everyone is friendly all employee working there are so so sweat and awesome

The total complete staff and the high caliber neighbors and centrally located!Very pet friendly! Next door to the Tanglewood Fire & Paramedics Dept and across the street to the park and surrounded by high end restaurants and a Walgreens and Dry Cleaners A Brothers Bakery A Couple of Beauty salons and nail salons. Just simply a pleasure to live here at the Famed Deerwood At Tanglewood!
