Not good, old pipes constantly turning off water without giving proper notice, changes payment portal once a year, maintenance, trash pick up is a problem, no pest control but we get charged for it, gates never work properly

All Front Desk Staff was Nice and Friendly. The surrounding always Clean. Leaving here in Deerwood was safe.
The Maintenance was good when you need them they always there to accommodate your problem.

There is 24 hour concierge, security gates, great location at Bering and Woodway. Bering park across the street that has tennis courts, track, dog park, field and an area for young children. The apartments are older and they’re spacious. There is a great pool and roof top tennis courts. Nice residents too!
