Estates at Memorial Heights

The Estates at Memorial Heights has been a wonderful home over the past five years. The location is unbeatable, with quick access to Buffalo Bayou trails, downtown, and great Washington Avenue restaurants, yet the community still feels peaceful and tucked away. The grounds and amenities, from the pool and fitness center to the business and clubhouse spaces, are well cared for and genuinely useful in daily life. I love the Estates at Memorial Heights, it’s a really great place to live!! The location is amazing and makes getting around super easy, and the community itself feels welcoming and well cared for. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference, and maintenance is quick, easy, and reliable whenever something comes up. The apartments are comfortable and well-designed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and enjoyable. My only complaint is that if you have a roommate, the... Loft payment feature isn’t as simple as it could be, but that’s a small downside compared to all the positives. Management has been incredibly responsive and I love the location of the Estates! My roommate and I have enjoyed hosting in our apartment, going on walks on the bayou, and spending time by the pool!

The Estates in my opinion is one of the best values because obviously its proximity to Allen Parkway, Buffalo Bayou activities and Washington Ave. Also the facilities are maintained and the community is friendly and neighborly and respectful

Gates always work, security is good, my biggest complaint is the hot tub has never worked in the 3 years of me living here. Bubbles turn on but it’s dirty and doesn’t get hot.
