New Tenants

I absolutely love my new apartment with Meyer Grove Apartment Homes. My Leasing Agent Shay was a delight to work with. When I walk in the leasing office Shay welcomed me as if I was family.She made our transition smooth and easy! I would recommend anyone looking to rent an apartment to stop in and ask for Shay! The Apartments are spacious and well maintained!

I Love this place !

I felt at home when I walked through the door. :) Newly renovated apartments, I love my apartment!
they really care about the residents. Shaye is awesome!

Garbage

Complex has been rebuilding since May 2015 & wasn't any prettier before that flood than now. So far 1st floor has flooded 2x in 2yrs. Power often goes out for elongated periods of time without notice. Roach infested. Pet policy is whatever the staff feels like saying it is that day. AC units are mediocre @ best even when working @ full potential. DON'T move into 1st floor. DON'T move in without flood insurance. DON'T move in without talking to someone who actually lives here and doesn't work for... them!

We are sorry to hear of your experiences at Meyergrove. Unfortunately the property did experience two floods that affected the greater Houston area. We began renovating the first floor apartments that had water intrusion during the first flood. After... the second flood, not only the first floor apartments, but the exterior renovations began. The property exterior has been painted, access gates have been added, as well as a new Fitness Center. We are also providing flood insurance to the new first floor residents in case there is ever a need for it in the future. Please reach out to us if you have specific concerns we can address personally.

MOLD INFESTED

I lived here 2015-2016 and this was one of the worst apartment living experiences I've had. This place is infested with mold. There was MOLD everywhere and I doubt, based on my experience with management, they will remedy the MOLD issue. BEWARE OF MOLD EXPOSURES, my family and I had real physical mold exposure symptoms. Don't risk your health living here.

We understand your frustrations with your experience at Meyergrove. Unfortunately the property did experience two floods that affected the greater Houston area. We have been working to renovate the complex and remedy any issues due to the water... damage. Please contact us directly if there are specific issues we can address for you. We have renovated our exteriors and are also providing flood insurance to the new first floor residents in case there is ever a need for it in the future.

Meyergrove Apartments

Great location near the 610 freeway however there's not a lot of traffic. The neighborhood is very nice, if you work in the Medical Center or if you are a student the bus line is accessible. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you are looking for family or date night and the Meyerland shopping mall is a three minute drive away although the Galleria is also minutes away. Neighbors watch out for one another although there is constant security throughout the residence. Great... access to the 610 and 59 freeway, the Meyergrove staff is wonderful and really cares come join our great community.
