I’ve only been living here for a month, but everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities at this place are brand new and very impressive. I love how close I am to many restaurants, bars, and the freeway. It’s a walkable neighborhood. But most of all, I am pleased with the staff at Rye Heights. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been exceptional. I truly appreciate how organized and communicative they are, even internally. For instance, the leasing agent I worked with... before moving in left the company due to relocation. However, she made sure to leave every single note and detail about my application. The new leasing agent upon my move-in accessed all the notes without having to ask me any questions that had already been submitted.
