The Westcott is great way of living. There is only drawback and that is allowing non residents on the elevators making deliveries. There should also be more than oen person at the front desk during peak hours to handle all the walk ins.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this valuable feedback about your experience here at The Westcott. We do have a policy that does not allow \"errand\" deliveries to be taken to the door, but instead left at concierge. \"Errand\" deliveries... would include smaller deliveries such as restaurant food or items from a store delivered via Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. However, larger grocery deliveries are allowed to be delivered to the door if the resident is home and gives permission to allow the delivery person up. This is because of the volume of these orders and wanting to allow residents the convenience of larger grocery deliveries to their door vs. hauling it up themselves. We appreciate this feedback, though, and will work to see if there is another resolution that could address your concern while also not taking away the convenience to other residents.
