We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Your feedback is valuable, as it helps us enhance our community, and we are grateful for it. I wanted to make sure that you are receiving our update emails. If you... are not, I would be happy to inform you about the recent changes we have made to improve our community for our residents. Our on-site team now takes care of the pool, so you can rest assured that you won't face any issues in the future.

Unfortunately, we had a hot water leak recently, but we were able to resolve the issue on the same day. I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with the improvements we have made to the fitness center. However, please note that the bike room is currently being used for bike storage, and we do not provide bikes for rent. We have also implemented a schedule to maintain our pool deck, and the grills are available for use every day.

Hello!I am truly sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our facilities. We always try to provide quality customer service, amazing amenities and experiences with our valued residents. We take all of your concerns seriously and that is why we have... sent out notices on multiple occasions regarding the enforcement of Community Policies. We recently had a change in our Courtesy Officer services and are seeing great improvement. You are always able to contact my offices and speak with me directly regarding your concerns and I am happy to assist in anyway to improve your experience. The amenities are in full use and have been and we encourage families to enjoy the area.
