Mansions at Hickory Creek

Quiet and friendly residents. Clean and well maintained grounds. Really nice front staff and prompt maintenance. It really doesn't get better.

I have lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it! It is quiet and so attractive inside and out. The office, maintenance and grounds staff are friendly and very responsive. I appreciate the limited parking as it well manages the traffic. I like very much the size of the property and the fact it does not look or feel like a typical apartment. Great living!! Celia B

The apartment is nice enough, granite countertops, washer and dryer. They are very energy efficient, my highest electrical bill was $67 during the hottest part of the summer. The biggest draw back is the lack of parking. The interior is nice although the wood floors are cheap laminate. The price is a little high, but I would live there again of course choosing which one for better parking.
