I am so happy I found this complex! I am so impressed with Savannah and Patricia in the office, they are so pleasant to work with! The move in process was super stresses and they even got me approved asap! Moving into a new place there tends to be some maintenance issues and Ramon and Ezekiel were so helpful and quick to get me settled! Thank you guys for the hard work in accommodating your tenants and keeping this property beautiful!

We’ve lived at Broadstone Woodmill Creek for almost 3 years. Overall, it’s been a good experience. The community feels safe, especially with a security officer walking the property, and the area is quiet, we rarely hear neighbors. Amenities are a highlight: the pool is beautiful, the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the parking garage has been more convenient than expected. Our apartment has a great kitchen with a gas stove and good storage. Maintenance responds quickly, though water and roof... issues have caused recurring mold. On the 4th floor, the AC runs constantly, but power is restored quickly after outages. Downsides include frequent changes to the rent-payment system, service fees, and contracted services like Fetch and Trash Butler, which can be inconsistent. The most frustrating issue is the smell of marijuana in hallways, which sometimes drifts into apartments. Staff are friendly and community events are enjoyable. I've enjoyed living here. It's close to everything I need and social areas. I appreciate that it's close to the highway without the noise of it.

I officially been living here for a year and I love it! So many things to do in the area. And the staff is very nice! Food trucks come often and there is ample room to walk your pets. The pool area is nice and relaxing.
