Sage Creek Apartments

I have lived here at Sage Creek for several years
I have always been treated with respect and the staff is awesome! Lisa the property manager is very nice and very professional! The property is very clean and very will maintained! The maintenance men are awesome!

This was my first apartment by myself and for the most they were ok. I needed to move in quickly due to a situation with my last roommate and they were quick to get me approved and settled in. That was great. They always have trash picked up and the grass well kept as well as the outside of the buildings. On the other hand though maintenance wasn’t the best. While they always came the same day I had issues, my a/c unit was never really fixed. It would work for a couple days and go out again. It... was frustrating due to it being a constant problem and also being that was 100°+ every day so I ended up just getting window units. My water heater also had gone out and was leaking and wasn’t fixed until a week later so by that time my carpet as well as the doors and walls was all completely soaked and I had to call Stanley Steemer to come and suck all the water out because I didn’t was to get mold growing. Other than maintenance being poor, the staff was always friendly and willing to work with me to fix any issues. Another plus being that the closets are huge and there is a lot of storage space. Overall I’d give it a 5/10 if I could. Not the worst, not the best. Good for being a first apartment for anyone to try out. Lee mas
