Arrive 2801

We have noticed a significant improvement since the new apartment office changed at Arrive 2801. The team has been much more responsive and attentive, which has made a positive difference in our overall experience as residents.

Recently, we received excellent assistance from Liv (Assistant Manager), who worked closely with us throughout the lease renewal process. She was incredibly supportive, attentive to our needs, and consistently professional at every step. Her dedication and clear... communication made the process smooth and stress-free. I've been here 4.5 years and it was great in the beginning and for about 3.5 - 4 of those years. It has gone way downhill as the leasing office staff has been gentrified and don't speak nor interact with residents (with the exception of Liv), we used to have 3 events each month - part of our amenity fees - and that went from 2 - 0 BUT our lobby has new furniture and carpet, there's absolutely no true security as the front door has been broken for about 2 years BUT the lobby has been refreshed ??... . The overall vibe just sucks now. Last year, we had a huge Christmas party with food, drinks, music, and fun but this year we're invited to bring our gifts down to wrap, where is our money going? We had excellent concierge and now have new people who can't function in the role and have attitudes when we just want packages after waiting in a line that moves slower than a sloth. Out of 8 elevators, 2 may function on a regular basis BUT the lobby looks good. Lee mas

Great building! Perfect location, very convenient apartments with spacious rooms. Quiet, comfortable place to live and close to everything. Highly recommended!

Fairly high but it’s worth it for such a community. Since The price is on the higher side, but the value you get especially being part of such a supportive and engaging community makes it well worth it.

Mostly good. I think people who smoke in their units ruin the experience because it goes into the hallways and other apartments. Outside of that, I’ve enjoyed the living experience.
