Horrible community
I have been living in this community for a couple of months and it is definitely the worst place I have lived in. Starting with how old the buildings are, their cleanliness is very poor. There are cockroaches from the entrance of the building to the apartments. It is not a quiet or safe community at all; you can't walk alone at night in the community because you will encounter scary people, rude ones, homeless people, and even residents that won't make you feel safe. I must say that the... maintenance service is good and effective. They have a very complete gym but it is only open during office hours, which doesn't make sense for the rest of us who work long hours. Forget about the laundry room because it doesn't work. The doors of the buildings are always open, which shouldn't be the case for the safety of their tenants. The bathrooms by the pools are always dirty. Very dissatisfied!
