Bedbugs. Mice. The worst contractors I’ve ever encountered. It typically takes an average of four visits to resolve even the most basic issue—and I have an ongoing list of concerns. They are in my apartment more than me. My dog is terrified. The front office consistently goes out of its way to avoid communication. Reaching them requires constant follow-up, and even then, you're lucky to get a response.
I've been waiting over a week for an email reply. There’s been no response through the... resident portal, the office is consistently closed during business hours, and when you do manage to raise a concern, it’s just dismissed as if your lease and rent payments don’t matter.
I've repeatedly requested contact information for a regional or district manager and have received nothing. It feels nearly impossible to get any form of accountable communication.
