No issues while here. Appreciate the lack of roaches very much actually. Maintenance fixes things pretty quickly and area is well maintained in general

I haven't had any issues so far . The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The only thing is that the fitness center is not open for use. I would like to you this amenity since it is part of the property.

I've been a resident here for 14 yrs and I've been through 4 leasing companies and I must say that Triinity Consultants has been the best by far ,However there's a continuous trash problem by the dumpsters, the truck does come by daily and I personally pick up around said dumpster daily as well but it's hard to keep up because there's people from the surrounding area dumping their trash and items not in but around the dumpster and it's not very appealing visually and needless to say it... attracts vermin, plus it negatively reflects on all of us, I take pride not only in the care of my unit but I care about this community
where I live as well and that unsanitary condition is not good for anyone and it may also keep from attracting possible future residents ,please address this matter accordingly ,Otherwise I always give you 5 stars instead of 4 Thank You Lee mas

I have enjoyed the neighbors. They are very friendly and nice. It’s so quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything. Extremely convenient to everything in town.

The staff were very helpful. They helped me along the process as a new time renter. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for somewhere worth the price!
