This community is... ideally located in Uptown Altamonte Springs and walking distance to Cranes Roost Park which has walking trails,and many events. It is also close to the Altamonte Mall,a movie theatre and many other stores and the Hospital. Interstate 4 is easily accessible and the toll lanes are less than one mile away. There are 2 very nice,large pools in the community and 3 common laundry rooms with washers and gas dryers. This is a first floor unit so no up and down stairs. The unit is newly painted and all tile. The dishwasher is functional but will not be replaced if a problem occurs. First and last month rent plus $500 damage deposit required prior to signing lease. Association charges $100 fee for application and HOA approval is required prior to renting the unit. The Landlord charges $10 fee for credit check. Minimum 600 credit score wit no evictions or collections required. No pets allowed in unit. The HOA is in the process of painting the entire community. You need to see this one.
