I recently moved into Cortland and I’m very happy with my apartment and the experience here. The move-in process was very easy and the maintenance team is great! They are very responsive. The exterior of the complex is also very well kept

As a Coplace! West Boynton resident for 8 years, I can't speak highly enough about the Cortland management team & service staff. I consider Cortland West Boynton my home, mainly because the property is very well maintained, all the staff are very friendly & professional, & there's always events held to invite community participation such as holiday parties, wine tasting, mother's day events-the list goes on.
