At Cortland Reunion, we take concerns regarding your home's condition and community amenities very seriously. We would never… knowingly allow a resident to live in unacceptable conditions. When pest control concerns are reported, our team promptly coordinates treatment with a licensed vendor and provides follow-up services as needed. Resolving pest issues is a partnership between our team and the resident, as ongoing access to the home is often necessary for treatments to be completed successfully. If access is not provided or recommended treatment plans cannot be completed, our ability to effectively address the concern may be impacted.

We understand the frustration that can come when amenities are temporarily unavailable. While severe weather and unexpected outages can occasionally impact items such as gates, these situations are often outside of our direct control. Even so, our team works closely with our vendors to restore service as quickly as possible. We are also happy to share that there are community grills currently operational.

Regarding pets, all animals in our community are required to complete the same screening and approval process and are held to the same community standards. Any concerns reported to our team are reviewed and addressed in accordance with our policies.
