Nature Walk

I have lived here for multiple years. The new leasing/management company is trash. You can never reach anyone, maintenance goes undone, rules not enforced, administrative team always sends out the worst threatening notes to everyone about inspections. I have heard the administrative team talk bad about others. When the new management company came in my rent went way up, had to pay a new pet deposit for a pet I already had and pay before and there is an additional monthly fee. My fridge went 3 wks ago. I've called numerous times for them to replace it. It was ordered and came in a wk ago. Still have no fridge. An eviction was more important then delivering my fridge. Was told they would the next day a wk later still no fridge. Never anyone in the office hard get an answer. I also need a filter called and left size still no filter. I have other maintenance issues. That probably won't be attended to either. Neighbors park in front of my place all the time. It's in the... lease no parking in the street.
