We are treated very professional and asked frequently if there’s anything we need , like a light bulb changed etc.
in my opinion the crew does as well as they can with the pet situation, the pet owners should clean up after their own pets. But the common areas are taken care of. Thank you TEAM .

The Overlook Daytona

I really enjoy living here! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the community has a nice, relaxed vibe. I especially appreciate that the complex is dog-friendly — my pup loves it here, and there’s plenty of space for walks. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and overall it’s been a comfortable, stress-free place to live. ^_^

Love this place!!

(updated) My fiance and i have lived here for about 6 months now and it’s been a wonderful experience! the staff is attentive and helpful, they organize community activities, and they’re very kind! i would definitely recommend this place!

The Best Views!!

This place is awesome! Me and my husband love it here! Office staff very helpful and friendly, I've lived here over 4 different times! We always come right back here!
If you ever move here you will NEVER want to leave.. I definitely recommend it here!!
