Excellent Service! Kudos to Rafael and Alex @ Harbor at Lake Howell

This review is for the maintenance service request completed by Alex and Rafael @ Harbor at Lake Howell. They have done an excellent job replacing our refrigerator. They were very responsive and professional. Also, the time it took for them to replace our fridge was much shorter than we expected. Thank you!

Lived here since COVID. I can say I have no plans of leaving until we can afford a house. A lovely community with great neighbors and warm staff. Amazing centralized location, reliable electricity, great maintenance team that love the community. Shout out to Jedric, Alex, Jodie, Joel, Ally, and Raffa!!!

We have been living here for about 6 months and really love it. The community is close to so many things that it is very easy to get around. There is always something happening here.. resident raffles, events, holiday events, food truck nights, etc that it makes it fun living here. The communication from the team is great and they are always sure that residents have what they need and are always willing to help you with anything.
