I had a great experience touring this community! Carlos assisted me with all my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything the community has to offer. I arrived a little early, and Aleli greeted me with a warm smile and offered me a beverage while I waited. I felt very welcome, great customer service!

Moved here in December of 2024
I've had minor issues and were all resolved in a timely manner..
Had a couple run-ins with some wildlife but nothing too scary
Neighbors are quiet and respectful
More lighting around the gym/mailbox area would be great

This is a great community to live in. It is a quiet, non-smoking community with great anemities. They are always working to keep it looking clean and pristine.

Living at Cortland Mirror Lake has been a fantastic experience. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the resident portal is easy to use. I appreciate the thoughtful touches and sense of care throughout the community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality living environment!

Cortland Mirror Lake is a very quiet and cozy complex, the residents are friendly and there are great amenities open for the residents. all of the leasing staff has been wonderful!
