Good community feeling and nice outdoors. Feels like a resort on the outside. But buildings are old. Maintenance requests are taken care very well. Decent community for people who care about greenery and community vibes than the apartment unit itself.

Beautiful community and Great Staff

I had a great experience touring this community! Carlos assisted me with all my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything the community has to offer. I arrived a little early, and Aleli greeted me with a warm smile and offered me a beverage while I waited. I felt very welcome, great customer service!

Moved here in December of 2024
I've had minor issues and were all resolved in a timely manner..
Had a couple run-ins with some wildlife but nothing too scary
Neighbors are quiet and respectful
More lighting around the gym/mailbox area would be great
