Great property. The Villa far exceeded our expectations. Love the gas stove, lanai area, and the walk in master shower. Staff has been responsive and welcoming.

Would be a 5 except for the muddy and weedy area on the western side of lake near the drain. The planted some twigs around lake that has made no difference in the appearance.

Wonderful community to live in! When we are in our home we can’t hear in outside noise, we feel like we are the only people in the world. Love that we have our own garage and our own Lanai and screened patio! The wall of doors lets us bring the outdoors inside anytime we want.
Great community, wonderful staff and maintenance crew!
