I love our home and the neighborhood but wish that our shrubbery beds would be mulched as they have not been done since we have lived in our home for over two years, other than that everything is great!!! We love it !!!!

Chris the resident manager has been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful answering questions about the area.
The community is lovely and quiet.
My only concern is, that the community advertises that the community is gated.
Unfortunately the east side is not gated and needs to be since there is a busy shopping area directly behind it.

It’s been nice because it’s a lot of people that are older, working or retired and it makes a really nice. it’s quiet. People over 55 care about their properties and they seem to take good care of things and younger people don’t seem to care as much. No riffraff.
We hope u continue to try and get older retired people .

All good. Only unattractive area is the lake but mostly because of lack of rain. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. All common areas are kept neat.
