Covey Homes Grand Lagoon

The modern look of the homes is what I was looking for and the property caught my eye when looking to Covey Homes. Then I set up and tour and applied. I couldn’t ask for a better property management team! Donelle has been absolutely wonderful from day one. She is always great with communication, incredibly helpful with anything I need, and always makes everything feel easy and stress-free. She even worked with me throughout the entire process when I was moving down from 3 hours away and… different time zone which made such a huge difference and made the move so much smoother.
The two maintenance guys Patrick and James are always on top of everything and are quick to help with whatever is needed. They are both friendly, reliable, and genuinely care about keeping everything running smoothly.

I am not satisfied enough at the moment to recommend living here.

I have been here since late March. I love it! Friendly neighbors. Homes are well thought out. I have tons of space. Large rooms closets and even entryway and stair landings perfect for extra storage and homey decor. I like to keep it very cold inside and was impressed with the ease in keeping it cold with the cost of my electric still being low. I love the deep sink and ice and water dispenser. I do not hear my neighbors. There are electrical outlets everywhere! Nice pantry and usable corner… cabinets. Bathrooms are big enough I added a custom vanity and still have plenty of space. The attached garage and large driveway is great. I also like having my own trash bin. We conveniently have a water spicket located on the front and back patio along with covered exterior outlets. Staff is amazing and helpful. Lighting is good. Built in soap dishes in the shower. Garbage disposal is quiet. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Large windows and nice blinds. I have been extremely happy making this my home. The location is great. We are located off of main roads but tucked far enough away to hear the noise affiliated with them. Its a straight 5-10 minute drive to the beach but away from all the construction traffic like the other side. We are right by the bridge to Panama City and the ease to get to local shopping is convenient. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to live in Panama City Beach. Read More
