Cortland Riverview

I recently moved out of Cortland Riverview, and one of the biggest reasons I was ready to leave was the lack of security.

Strangers regularly entered the property and used the pool and other amenities for hours, especially at night. This included homeless individuals and people drinking, using drugs, and playing loud music late into the night. They could stay there for hours without anyone removing them.

The property was extremely easy to access. Garage gates were frequently broken or left… open, pool access was poorly controlled, there were no cameras around the pool, and security was only present for part of the evening. Once security left, there was basically no control over who entered.

Management’s response was usually to tell residents to call the police. Residents should not have to call the police every week because management fails to properly secure the property.

I couldn’t stand dealing with this anymore, and I’m relieved I no longer live there. For the amount residents pay to live at Cortland Riverview, they deserve to feel safe in their own community. Read More

A beautiful apartment community with gorgeous high ceilings and airy layout. Trash is taken for you right at your door. Amenities are gorgeous. Loved living here!

We’ve had a great experience at Cortland Riverview so far. We are transferring from another Cortland community where we lived for three years, and we couldn’t be more excited about this move. The transition was smooth, and the community is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and full of new, social amenities.

A special shout-out to Trinity, the leasing consultant, and Marissa, the assistant manager, who were both fantastic throughout our application and move-in process. They made the… transfer easy and stress-free and were always helpful, responsive, and professional.

Highly not recommended. This apartment complex is overpriced for many things to go wrong on the daily and still many things unresolved. Better off finding different apartments that’s probably better condition and customer service for better price.
