Cortland Riverview is an apartment community in Riverview, FL
We’ve had a great experience at Cortland Riverview so far. We are transferring from another Cortland community where we lived for three years, and we couldn’t be more excited about this move. The transition was smooth, and the community is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and full of new, social amenities.
A special shout-out to Trinity, the leasing consultant, and Marissa, the assistant manager, who were both fantastic throughout our application and move-in process. They made the... transfer easy and stress-free and were always helpful, responsive, and professional.
We’re especially excited about the new amenities, particularly the gym, which was a big reason for our decision to move. Overall, we truly appreciate the team’s support and are happy to be calling Cortland Riverview our new home.

Highly not recommended. This apartment complex is overpriced for many things to go wrong on the daily and still many things unresolved. Better off finding different apartments that’s probably better condition and customer service for better price.

I’ve been at Cortland close to 2 yrs now, and I must say I haven’t had any bad experiences regarding maintenance, or any issues. The staff is friendly and the reminders for anything that’s going on or any changes are frequently emailed and messaged. Cortland always keep up with overall characteristics of the property, its well kept . ??
