Apartment is good. Community is very nice with multiple amenities. The only problem I saw few roaches after I joined the apartment. We have raised a maintainance request for pest contolr. So far no action taken even after 10 days time. they respond very quick for other maintainance requests

I've had an overall good experience..I just wish that appliances could be updated during my stay (5 years) and more renovations after a certain amount of years of a tenant living in a unit.
