My worst rental yet, nationally!

For some reason, I chose to rent here over another approval. My worst mistake yet.

In just 2 weeks, every day there has been a maintenance issue. Every day! And, they say mine is a newer building. Just imagine the others then.
No A/C for over a week, in the middle of Summer.
Ceiling leaks, and even mold.
Their maintenance team is mostly clueless.
Worst application process too.
Supposed to be a gated community, one of the reasons I came here. Front gate has been wide open to public for almost a… month now. Setting up internet service has been a nightmare as well.

Also, they have 2 EV chargers in all, and several EVs in the community. One of those 2 chargers has been broken for at least 2 weeks now, and EVs are in queue every minute.

Best advice from me... rent elsewhere! Especially if you have kids.

Woodhaven Apartments have been a wonderful home for my family! The maintenance team is extremely prompt and polite. The staff is always congenial and friendly and the community is safe and nice. I would recommend this apartment to a friend easily!

This is by far most clean and friendly community I have lived in. The maintenance staff is on point and the leasing staff is equally great. Very convinient location and the trail behind community is cherry on the top.
