Annual vehicle parking sticker and vehicle RFID gate sensor fee is $50.
Additional parking (1 spot is already included in the condo) can be purchased from the building's office at $125 a parking spot.

12 month minimum or longer lease available.

Deposit ($1800) and first month's rent ($1800) due at signing - Deposit of $1800 will be returned to tenant if no damages are found when tenant moves out.

Approval is conditional on applicant passing background check and providing proof of income.
