    My experience this year has been subpar. The valet trash service is distinctly subpar. Every month $30 dollars is charged for valet trash pick-up and that service is barely operative. Some days they show up some days they don't. There are scheduled days for the service they don't show up on those days. As a result, there are rats running around the property. My son saw a rat two days ago that he said was like a big New York subway rat. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting. Trash is always… left out in the breezeways, in the parking garage and outside as you enter the parking garage. The smell of garbage some days is so bad that I can't even sit out on my deck. It's an embarrassment when people come to visit. The manager is a joke. No one pays him any attention. He constantly sends out emails that no one is complying to, regarding valet trash not being available some days because the garbage compactor is not working AGAIN.
