Noisy + Rude Residents
The construction and noise is CONSTANT.
Most of us are working professionals and due to the pandemic, we are all still working from home. I chose this complex anticipating some noise from the local bars however, the leasing team explained that this is a brand new "luxury," building. Nothing feels luxurious about construction the building is still under.
The leasing team also prides this property on being a "smoke free community," yet the hallways often carry a heavy stench of weed.
You can... also anticipate a tremendous lack of sleep Thursday - Sunday nights due to what sounds like drag racing going on outside at all hours of the night. (Cars revving their engines and peeling out until 4 AM.)
I am just amazed that this place is open to the public let alone allowing residents to live here. Between fire alarm tests, gas lines being checked, 7th and 8th floors still incomplete, elevators are down, gates will simply not open some days, power outages due to some sort of other testing causing all wifi to go down and now some sort of sanding/repaving on the lower levels that has been going on for the past 3 DAYS. What bothers me most is that there is NO NOTICE for the majority of the work being done or residents are notified after the fact.
The only perk is the majority leasing team is very polite and courteous. Also, they do make a solid effort on keeping the property clean.

We want to apologize for the noise disturbances you have experienced so far here at Camden Buckhead. We understand this can be frustrating and inconvenient at times. Thankfully, majority of the noise caused by construction in building 400... will be completed within the next 3 weeks as we fully transition over to building 500. This also means majority of inspections and testing has also been completed. With our community being located on Roswell Rd, there will be some traffic noise as this is a prime location in Buckhead. As more residents occupied building 400, we did find a couple areas of improvement that needed to be addressed in the building. This did cause some unexpected noise disturbances that we did not anticipate and apologize this caused us to drop the ball on the living excellence experience. With all construction related items coming to a completion in building 400, we hope to be able to improve your experience here at Camden Buckhead moving forward.
