Ugh

Problem after problem. The apartment was not ready when I moved in even though I paid my deposit three weeks in advance. I've been here two months and I have a new issue every two weeks. ??

Mold

When I moved in, I wanted to love this apartment. Great price. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of green space. But there was a mold issue that I hoped the owner would deal with and it has only gotten worse. I was warned by another neighbor but I hoped that perhaps it was only specific to her side of the building. The mold is so bad that it started growing on my houseplants. Worse, still, the owner has refused to address it. Refused to bring an inspector and blames me for it. No effort was... made to even appease me. Alas, the price is too good to be true.
