I have lived here for several years. It is a fairly quiet community, friendly staff, great pool and maintenance issues are usually completed in a timely manner.

So far so good, just officially became a resident and the new resident packet was very helpful and the fact I get an actual key to my door instead of a fob is awesome.

The staff is quite helpful and very professional. They delivered solutions, in a reasonable time, to issues we had during move in.
The entire property is well maintained and clean.
I do have a couple issues, however. The gated walk-in entrance has a defective magnetic lock. Anyone can walk into the property without the key FOB device. And some of the outdoor corridors look like they could use a pressure washer.
Other than that, my wife and I are very happy with our new home at The Jackson.

Love it here and staff always there to help. Renewed my lease for one year and very satisfied with new rent amount. The property is well maintained. I wouldn’t live anywhere else…

Very good community, very great staff I love living here it definitely feels like home I wouldn’t have picked a other community to live in for my first apartment
