Where do I even start?! We've only lived here for just over a month and are already looking to move out!

From the moment we applied to live here it's been a headache and I wish we would've taken that as a sign. First, we had to chase down our leasing agent to get responses about paying our deposit and our move in details.

From the very beginning, it's been like pulling teeth to get management to do their job.

Then upon moving in we noticed over 15 issues with the unit. To name a few-... Kitchen cabinets were hanging off the hinges, shelving was broken and missing pieces, lighting was strobing, multiple electrical outlets either didn't work or sparked when we plugged items in, washer was unbalanced and made an obnoxious banging noise, we found tools, debris and dust behind washer & dryer, drains in bathrooms were clogged not to mention cosmetic issues like paint chipping on walls, sloppy paint job in general, poorly sealed tubs & windows and water logged floor board under kitchen sink.

Despite our numerous attempts to get repairs underway, management has been unresponsive for over a month and we are still currently waiting for answers. In the meantime we have contacted the corporate office to try to get these issues resolved.

The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I would never recommend it to anyone.

This building is by far the worst living experience I’ve had, and I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. Here are just a few reasons why:
1. The entire property is extremely dirty — from the hallways to the elevators and shared spaces, it constantly feels neglected.
2. The customer service is awful. Management is unresponsive, and emails or concerns often go unanswered.
3. The... apartments are literally falling apart. Maintenance is either delayed or completely ignored.
4. There’s a serious roach infestation. No matter how clean you keep your unit, you’ll be dealing with bugs.
5. The pool is always filthy when it’s open. It feels more like a health hazard than an amenity.
6. They have an aggressive and unfair booting/towing policy. Even when your car is registered, there’s a chance you’ll still get booted.
7. The rent is outrageously expensive for what you get. The quality of the units and the service doesn’t justify the cost at all.

Save your money, your peace of mind, and your health. Do not move here.

Since moving in the place has been ok but Stacy in the office Quinton in Maintenance have been the bright spots. I've referred 2 friends who have similar experiences and we all remain optimistic because of the great location and a couple of amazing people who seem to always go above and beyond to ensure we've got what we need.

Honestly don't even bother checking this place out. I was very hesitant to schedule a tour with anything MAA related since they have terrible reviews about management/maintenance across the board for all their properties. Against my judgement, I scheduled for MAA Lenox since their layouts and pictures looked really nice and modern. I showed up early and they told me to sit and wait. I was waiting for 20 minutes after my scheduled time and they toured someone that showed up after me. That's when... I just up and left it's honestly not worth the time. If they can't show any timeliness or professionalism towards touring/leasing I can only imagine what living there must be like. Feel like I dodged a bullet on this one. Read More

I just resigned my lease here. The views are amazing, the location if great, and the maintenance staff is on point at MAA Lenox. Price has warm energy, an engaging personality, and is extremely efficient. By Price and his maintenance crew are the best I have experienced. Xo
