Each residence showcases quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The property's amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, pet play area with washing station, and landscaped courtyards. Built in 2023, this mid-rise community features high ceilings, walk-in closets, and balcony options in select units. The West Midtown location puts residents within easy reach of the neighborhood's art galleries, craft breweries, and acclaimed restaurants, while providing quick access to major employment centers in Downtown and Midtown Atlanta.

I've lived at this property through the transition to MAA management in December, and the difference has been night and day — and not in a good way.
The most glaring issue is the assistant property manager, Devin. His lack of responsiveness is a constant problem. Emails go unanswered. Follow-ups get ignored. If you do manage to get his attention, the interactions themselves are unprofessional — he's been dismissive and inappropriate in how he engages with residents on more than one occasion.... When the person responsible for day-to-day resident relations clearly has no investment in the role, it shows across the entire property.
And it does show. Since the acquisition, there's been a noticeable drop in the overall attention to detail and resident experience that made this community worth the price point. It feels like management is coasting, and Devin is the most visible example of that.
I'd encourage prospective residents to ask hard questions about responsiveness and management quality before signing a lease. And I'd encourage MAA leadership to take a serious look at the on-site team here — because the current situation is driving good residents toward the door.

We have had a great time utilizing the smoker on site. Our apartment is great. Only down side is the walking trail that was promised at the beginning of our lease is now shut down. But we now have the belt line behind us!

Novel is great, it’s clean and relatively quiet. For animal owners it’s even better because of all the green space. The only thing that would make it better is if they had an actual package room rather than the fetch I’m not a big fan of it

I'm so sad to be leaving this lovely complex. Even though I had a studio it never felt like one. It was well designed and the space was utilized nicely. Sadly I'm leaving to move to a different state or I would've resigned my lease.
