I LOVE having the opportunity to elevate my living status and experience the life that Moreda Midtown has to offer. As a rural town, country boy , the feeling I got the moment I entered Modera was unmatched. I instantly felt at home! My apologies in advance, I forgot the other gentlefriend’s name but Navhada and himself welcomed my fiancé and I into their luxury establishment and gave us the access to experience some of the best living accommodation in the Midtown/Downtown area by far???? i... absolutely love those guys and the energy they bring to not only the Moreda community, but the community as a whole ???? can’t wait to become a future resident!!! It's been a dream living at Modera Midtown. The security is good, the concierge is always available, the package delivery is smooth, and the buildings are well maintained. It's at a really good location, with a cute coffee shop below, halal guys right downstairs, and publix across the street. The maintenance can sometimes be a little slow in responding, but if it's urgent and you ask the concierge they accelerate the process.
