I absolutely love living here, and it worked out extremely well since I moved in without ever touring as I lived far away if that says anything. Everyone from the staff to your neighbors are the nicest people ever, and you truly feel right at home. It’s located in a great area as you’re so close to everything (Phipps, downtown, etc.), and management really takes care of the entire property. It always smells great, looks and feels clean, is quiet aside from regular city noise; I could go on. Even... the day I moved in my apartment was super clean; we were shocked! I have talked to multiple neighbors who have said this is the best place they’ve lived so far. I could not recommend it enough!

After three months of living here, I'm still happy with my decision to move here. It's been a great experience. The building is consistently clean and well maintained, the staff and concierge are attentive and professional, and the community is quiet and peaceful. Overall, it's been a comfortable, luxury living experience, and I'm happy to call this community home.
