Move-in experience wasn’t the best as the leasing agent’s communication was poor and they weren’t the greatest advocate. There were many times I considered signing a lease elsewhere. I solely decided moving into this building to be close to a relative who also lives here.

I’ve lived at Modera Old Ivy for two years now and recently renewed my lease for another year. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. The amenities are definitely a highlight — they’re well-maintained and really add to the living experience. I also love our floor plan and the natural light we get from the large windows.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue or a question, they’ve responded quickly and done their best to assist. While no... place is perfect, I genuinely feel like Modera Old Ivy offers a comfortable, well-managed living environment.

The Amenities are amazing. The staff goes over and above to provide a pleasant experience. The location is perfect with easy access to the highway. There's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a fitness trail to walk around. It's a very peaceful serene place and it seems to be very safe and secure.

Great location beautiful rooms and awesome community. Right next to Lenox square and right across from the front lobby there are a couple great restaurants and bars
