The amenities are nice, but the elevators are unbelievably slow, and management is very unresponsive management. It was rare to get a reply to emails.

Great community! The location is great - super close to Piedmont Park and 10th Street Park. Also nearby 85 & 400 & Marta. I am concerned about the guest parking once the retail opens up. Guest parking is already very limited and will be even more difficult. Resident parking is also rough, I very often have to park all the way on the top with zero other spots available. More so concerning that there will be a time I won’t be able to park in the deck I pay for.
