I have enjoyed being a tenant here. The only concern I have is that I sometimes see dog waste left on the grounds. This is inconsiderate and awful to look at. It may be some of the younger members of the household walking their dog, but I wish the families would enforce tithe picking up after their pets. Thanks. Gayle Woodard

My living experience has been great. The ONLY issue I have is the limited amount of parking spaces. Sometimes I arrive home later than most and I am forced to park a long distance from my building. Other than that, I really love living here.

Community is great to live in with your family or on your own . Staff always creating events for us to participate and it makes it more fun for the residents. I love living here and I love the new staff and management they’re amazing people. Katrina the manager is the best manager that I’ve seen in many years living here . Gabby the AM also is an amazing person and always willing to help

I’ve been living here for a while now and I have to say, this has truly become home for me and my family. From day one, the staff in the leasing office have been nothing but welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Any time I have a question or need assistance, they are always polite and quick to respond.
The maintenance crew also deserves a big shout-out. They work so hard to keep everything looking great and running smoothly. Whenever I put in a request, they handle it quickly and... professionally.
The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. It’s peaceful here, and I feel safe every day. It’s the kind of place where you can watch your kids grow and enjoy life without worry. The environment is clean, family-friendly, and just overall a wonderful community to be a part of.
I’m truly happy living here, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and caring community to call home.

"Living at Sugarloaf Summit has been a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—being so close to Sugarloaf Mills and local hotspots makes running errands or finding entertainment very easy. The grounds are always kept clean, and I love spending time at the dog park with my pet. Maintenance is generally quick to respond to any requests I’ve submitted. The only minor downside is the parking can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but overall, the quiet atmosphere and high-quality units... make it a great place to call home."
