There are lots of community events that allow you to get to know your neighbors and office staff. The office staff is friendly and they also interact with the residents at the events.
I've lived in the community for a few years now and I've noticed a decline since the new company took over. The property is not cared for like before. Hallways were power washed once a month, but now we are lucky if we get once a year. They recently power washed them, but it looks as if someone just sprayed water... and used a broom to sweep it out. There's still trash and lots of pollen the day of the power wash. Maintenence is horrible, they come on their time. Most times you can find them riding around on the golf carts talking on the phone, or in the garage hanging out. When they do come and complete a request, it's often half done. The amenities close at 8, which started during covid, but wasn't changed back to 10 pm after. It is crazy to close a pool at 8 during the summer.
