Has been good so far but when using my Washer for the first time it completely filled with water and would not drain. Sent a maintenance request and it has not been fixed yet or have received any updates on it.

We have enjoyed living here the past two years. Overall it’s a quiet community with good amenities. The location is great and convenient to different parts of Gwinnett

Overall, I am quite satisfied with my last almost four years of living in this community. The convenience of the location next to the Mall, coffee machine in the cafe, along with the quiet conditions at night are my favorite attributes. The recent improvements to the breezeways with brighter lighting and fresh paint on the walls and doors look amazing, there's electric charging and a rideshare bench and the parking lot was restriped last summer as well. At least in my section of the complex, the... caliber of residents are all respectful and I sense a greater level of conscientiousness with neighbors. The gate works almost always and if a thunderstorm knocks it out, repairs are quick. Maintenance Requests are also fulfilled promptly and professionally fast (I've only had three incidents). Probably the only negative thing I'll say is about the stacked Whirlpool Washer/Dryer; it is perhaps the most inefficient dryer I've ever used in 30 years; it takes on average 3-4 hours to dry a load. There are lots of community events that allow you to get to know your neighbors and office staff. The office staff is friendly and they also interact with the residents at the events.

I've lived in the community for a few years now and I've noticed a decline since the new company took over. The property is not cared for like before. Hallways were power washed once a month, but now we are lucky if we get once a year. They recently power washed them, but it looks as if someone just sprayed water... and used a broom to sweep it out. There's still trash and lots of pollen the day of the power wash. Maintenence is horrible, they come on their time. Most times you can find them riding around on the golf carts talking on the phone, or in the garage hanging out. When they do come and complete a request, it's often half done. The amenities close at 8, which started during covid, but wasn't changed back to 10 pm after.
