Do not buy into it. The place is all horrible construction. They do NOT ever fix anything, they have major rodent problems, and the customer service is horrible. They do not manage the mailroom. You cannot find packages. There is always something affecting your quality of living. You can never get into the parking garage because people arrogantly park in front of the entrance without care

While we do not have evidence of a rodent problem, we are always committed to maintaining the property in the best possible condition. We continually address any... maintenance or construction issues promptly and strive to improve the quality of life for all residents.
Regarding access to the parking garage, we understand how frustrating it can be when vehicles block the entrance. We will ensure that this issue is brought to the attention of the retail tenants that have deliveries taken to their restaurants.
If you experience any specific problems with mail or packages, please reach out to management directly so we can address it. Our goal is to make sure all residents feel heard and that any concerns are resolved quickly.
