Leasing office staff is great, my stay here has been pleasant. If there are any concerns, the management addresses them promptly. Great location, mainly quiet, despite occasional traffic during peek hours.

We moved here in a pinch. The staff was friendly, professional and did everything they could to make our move smooth. This is the best apartment/townhome community I’ve ever lived in by far. Close to everything. Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Love it here!

Great property.

I’ve lived at Townhouse Atlanta for over 5 years and have had a truly positive experience. The management is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, and the amenities are always clean and useful. The location is excellent—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and residential. Most importantly, there’s a real sense of community here. I’m grateful to call this place home and highly recommend it!
