The garbage is pilling up.. Their is a tree near by building that needs to be cut for months .still seeing dog poo..Management is not being supportive.

Almost 10 years and still loving every moment of it. Location is perfect! 3 minutes from Ponce City Market. 12 minutes from the Airport. 7 minutes from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, 5 minutes from the Downtown Skyline.

It's definitely been okay. Obviously, I've been here nearly 2 years and planning on at least another year. The majority of the staff here is extremely personable and polite and very easy to deal with. Especially Mitchell in the front office and Stefan and Jules on the maintenance team. Preston is an incredibly efficient, professional, and competent/experienced property manager as well, and you can absolutely tell. I love how they really take effort to ensure the community is free of trash and... debris, and any time there are any issues with anything like the trash compactor, security gates, or any onsite maintenance going on, they ALWAYS make sure they communicate, over-communicate, really. This turned out to be a good decision, and I am deeply satisfied and feel safe and comfortable living here. Period.
