Trace has excellent staff communication. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance. My apartment complex is not noisy, super friendly, and great amenities.

Overall love living here! Have not loved the extended time it takes to repair gates and elevators.
Common areas are generally kept very clean and well maintained. Love the community events that are sponsored.
