Like everything except a water leak. Was cleaned up fairly quickly, but frustrating to deal with. Also the air conditioning unit sometimes seems like its not working.

It’s been better. When I first moved in 3 years ago, the property was maintained very well, maintenance staff was very attentive and the front office staff was friendly. Now, the hallways, pool, etc. aren’t cleaned weekly. There’s always a lot of trash/furniture in the parking garage. There’s a sign in the parking garage, written on cardboard, with misspelled words. The security gates are either not working or always left up. The doors from the garage and hallway have been broken for months. It... seems as though no one answers the phone in the leasing office unless the manager is there. I tried accessing the leasing office this past Saturday, the lights were on, but both doors were locked. Not to mention, it’s taken months to get some of my maintenance issues resolved. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Please know that many of the concerns you’ve raised are either being addressed now or have already been resolved. We’ve increased focus on cleaning common areas, improved procedures for timely work order completion, and are actively working on the functionality of gates and doors. I like the way management updates us immediately when things happen in the community that are outside of the lease agreement and otherwise...

I would give living here five stars if the application and move in process was better. Since that has nothing to do with actually living here, I can’t say too many things about living here. So far things are okay. Maintenance response times are great but often we need several follow ups to fully resolve issues. If they were all one and done that would be a five star experience.

I have not experienced a great living experience, due to not being able to be comfortable, as I reside in my unit, due to the water damage issues in the living area.
