Very calm, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, there is a very good manager here! Very respectful but demanding, never rude or raising her voice. It's very good here! Thank you very much to the owner of this complex for the elderly.
If solar panels were attached to the outer railing of the balcony, which would provide free electricity for constant lighting of the living room, to make it brighter, then it would be super-duper. But...

Great property management. Great Price. Not perfect because you are in a Senior Living. They try real hard to keep the place up and clean. If you can't live by rules (common sense rules don't apply).

Country Pines is a beautiful place with beautiful Apartments beautiful Apartments the rent is wonderful you can afford it but if you love your family and want them to come visit you do not want to live here. There is a certain group of people here and if you don't fit in with their crowd then they make it impossible for you to live here in peace. Your family can only come 14 out of 45 days. Horrible. They'll take your money and never call you back. My mom submitted an application for a property in Sept. of 2016. Weeks went buy and her application check was never cashed. We called repeatedly to verify if they had even received it, was she on a waiting list, anything at all to let us know they received it. Nothing. We called for 3 months (Oct - Dec) and never heard a word. We finally left 3 messsages stating cancel our application, we have moved my mother into an apt and have no... interest in the property. 6 months after submitting (March 2017) they cash her check and never even contact us to let us know if they are even putting her on a waiting list. They just took her money. After more repeated phone calls, finally 6 days later, I get a call back and they tell me there are no refunds. Once you submit an application, that's it and they couldn't even state they ran her application. They just said, it means "she's moved up on their list". I notified Teresa the site manager, i would be writing reviews to notify others to beware and she said thanks have a good day and hung up on me. Basically they stole my mom's money. Unless you like having your money taken from you with 0 communication or responses, beware of Autry Pines and Tower Mgmt.
A friend's mother is a resident there and has been trying to reach maintenance for weeks and no response.

Hi, I have been riding by and watching as the apartments take shape and getting very excited at the prospect of living there. It would be great if they were to add a pool for those of us that have health issues that do not allow us to get the exercise we need .
