The Dawson Cartersville

The majority of the apartments have a mold problem, the appliances are very low quality and the customer to is the worst I've ever experienced. My apartment flooded from a leak upstairs, took 2 days for them to stop the leak and that's all they did. The apartment smells like mold and mildew and the refuse to fix this issue.

This complex recently transitioned into new ownership. Since then they went up on the rent, they continuously change fees and add fees. The complex has a very high police call volume. The only thing this place has going for them is that I-75 is located down the street and WalMart, which I don't even enjoy going to.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst apartment complex EVER! Infested with roaches!! The property is not well kept. Trash is everywhere all throughout the complex. The garbage compactor is always disgusting and residents throw their trash outside it. There were two shooting within the first month that I lived there. The office workers never answer the phone, they will send you to an automatic voice mail that says they are closed when it is still their office hour time. My ceiling... busted through because of a leak and it took them over a week to come in and fix it. The gate is never shut. It worked one week in my whole year of living there. This is by far the worst apartments in Bartow county! I mean if you like black mold, random shootings, not getting anything maintenance at a reasonable time, getting things stolen by maintenance.. and so on then this is the apartments for you! I had black mold in the middle bathroom of my 4 bed 3bath apartments for over 7 months all they did was paint over it with spray paint which it grew through. My stove went out in the beginning of August And by September 30th when I moved out not one person... came to look at it or replace it. I replaced over half the things on my maintenance request or fixed them cause it too over two months for a simple toilet to be looked at. Maintenance is horrible, have had a plague of roaches for 3 months and even after a request, no response. They don’t maintain their perimeters either. No public lighting.
