Poorly Managed
Cons: Management changes every 3-6 months, difficult to contact, and unresponsive to work orders. Aggressive breed dogs permitted and multiple pit bulls currently on property. Heating, A/C, and plumbing constantly problematic. Dog waste all over yard. Management will throw away items left on porches and balconies including children’s toys. Hidden fees (water, electric) added without notice. Management will send law enforcement to your unit for payment. Consider renting elsewhere.
