They need to do better with their maintenance team,I have lived here for over 7 years now and I was Way comfortable before this new management. A lot is going on that needs to be fixed but no one is showing up and when they do it is not satisfactory.

Avana Portico offers spacious, modern living in a quiet and well-maintained community. The office and maintenance staff are professional, responsive, and truly make residents feel at home. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking quality accommodations. My daughter and her family recently moved in as well, and I’m confident they’ll enjoy the same positive experience I’ve had.

The staff is friendly polite and helpful. The apartment amenities, i.e., the internal layout of luxury flooring, cabinetry, marble countertops, bathrooms and walk-in closets. I am also impressed with the patio. It is very large and spacious. My family and friends are very impressed at their first look at my place. It would be great if citizens could purchase their units. The gym is also beneficial. I would recommend installing a ringside uppercut bag along side the heavy weight bag in the... gym. Residents will find it very useful for the mid-section of their bodies. The only bothersome thing for me is having to drive over so many speed bumps. I understand inside the complex, but after we exit, it seems like too much. There is not much foot traffic outside the gates. It's just a recommendation to consider removing them.

I have a neighbor or neighbors who smoke marijuana and the issues is continuing the courtesy officer does not help
