The community is beautiful and the location cannot be beat! Love the walking distance to so many restaurants and stores nearby! The staff is amazing and so professional!

We found the Premier Apartments a year ago, and we love living here. The staff is always very helpful. The combination of modern buildings and a second-to-none location in Evans Town Center makes it the best place in the area.

Management is helpful; maintenance employees are helpful; apartments are well laid out; appliances are new, quiet and efficient; exterior of property is quaint.
Remove Bilt point and billing programs.

Solid 4/10 apartment complex with insane rent and hidden fees that are arbitrarily thrown out and not per lease agreements. You're better off renting somewhere else. The best thing about the apartment is the 24 hour gym and location to park and county library.
