The Canter apartments at Aiken Town Park are aesthetically appealing, The swimming pool and pool’s lounge furnishings are very new, comfortable, sturdy, and well-designed/arranged. The leasing office is very appealing and accessible, and accommodating. The Work/Workers Meeting modules are very beneficial, the indoor lounge experience is wonderfully designed and accessible. The Mailroom area with table and coordinating chairs and essential supplies are resourceful, and greatly appreciated! The… snacks and beverage offerings are delicious assortments. The restrooms display beautiful artwork, very clean and accessible. The Dog Wash Room is very convenient for pet owners.

The leasing team at the Canter holds a very high standard of proffesionalism. They are welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and promote a simple, streamlined leasing process.

The community infrastructure, landscaping, and ammenities are highly appealing, well-maintained, and easily accessible and enjoyable. Parking is not an issue whatsoever, this is the first complex I have lived at where I can park right next to my building entrance.

Transparency is highly important to me, and it was given… from the start, not only from the leasing team, but from the website as well, outlining total costs and community operations.
