I moved into this complex site unseen and relied on the "Tour" to give me all the feels, and never saw the place before I received the welcome letter and signed the lease. But I wish I had! I regret this now because the inside does not match the outside, and the Management staff refuses to help in this situation. The appliances, both tubs, were dirty and had rings around them. The stairs on both levels are severely worn and need sanding and restaining. The cabinets throughout are blurred and... scratched, and all need restaining. I have been going back and forth with the leasing office concerning the repairs, and they are comparing units. Each unit should be categorized individually and repaired or brought up to par individually, and I am totally disappointed with this complex. I pay too much money to accept this type of treatment.
