I’ve had a wonderful experience at Tessa Shallowford since moving to Gainesville. When I first leased my townhome, Talonda made the entire process seamless. I was relocating from out of state, and she went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide a thorough virtual tour, and make me feel comfortable every step.

Since moving in, Casey and Destiny have both been incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, Casey has been quick to respond and eager to help, and Destiny has always... been kind and supportive as well. The staff here genuinely care about residents, and it shows.

One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet and peaceful the community is. The property is well-maintained, and I’ve really enjoyed living here.

Overall, I love living at Tessa Shallowford. The staff is top-tier, the community is welcoming, and any concerns I’ve had have been handled professionally. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a townhome in the Gainesville area
